the shipping was fast. the items are a great price. the customer service sucks. I'm having a difficult time deciding if I will ever reorder. I messaged the seller for advice on using my items. he responded back and stated he would respond the next day during his business hours. I never heard back. I messaged him again like 2 days after he said he would message and I have yet to hear back. he just ignored me. really frustrating honestly. I'm a first time buyer and this was a low-ball.
